Brazil's Golden Decade is Here
If you haven't already heard, Brazil is booming and is now entering it's golden decade.
Olympic Host, World Cup Fever and Economic Successes
In 2009 Brazil was just warming up. Their stock market rose 83% on the back of recent oil discoveries, vast foreign investment, Olympic bid success, Soccer World Cup fever and the World's appetite for their vast commodity supply. The GDP growth forecast for 2010 is 5%. One of the biggest growth sectors in Brazil is real estate. The economic success has spurred middle class growth and demand for housing.
Rising prices creating investor confidence
North East Brazil has one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the world and also the fastest growing tourism market in the world. These combined factors make it a property investors dream and people from around the world are currently flocking there to enjoy the low prices on some of the finest real estate on the planet.
